Air Duct Cleaning F.A.Q.
What Is The Certified Cleaning Process?

How Often Should Air Ducts Be Cleaned?

A home's air ducts should be cleaned every five to eight years. Homeowners with children, pets, respiratory issues or a compromised immune system may want to get their HVAC duct system cleaned more often.

How Much Time Does It Take To Clean The Air Ducts In My Home?

The typical single family home's air duct system takes on average between 2-4 hours to clean. Newer homes, townhomes and condominiums may take less time to clean.

Does The Cleaning Process Make A Mess In Our Home?

No. Our technicians are equipped with the highest quality and most state of the art air duct cleaning equipment. All vacuum devices used in our process utilize HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air). This filtration is rated at 99.97% at .3 microns.

Are Chemicals Used In The Cleaning Process?

As chemicals are certified by and Industrial Hygenist or by our Certified Team Member, application of an EPA approved solution can be performed at an additonal cost. MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) are provided upon request.

Do You Have To Cut Any Holes In The Ductwork?

We typically cut a hole (service opening) in the supply air duct and in the return duct in order to clean most effectively. All service opening covers meet or exceed industry standards as defined by NADCA and SMACNA.
