Priority and Emergency Service

If you have ever experienced trying to get a Service Technician during a hot spell, a week-end, or "heaven forbid" the middle of the night, you can truly appreciate the value of this benefit alone. All of our Club Members enjoy the security of having Priority One service. This means a Technician will be dispatched to your home before any non-club member receives service. Our emergency service is unbeatable. Club Members can call for emergency service 24 hrs a day and speak to a "live" person who will dispatch the first available technician to your home. The technician will call to discuss your problem and give you an arrival time.

Discounts

Our Executive Club Members can enjoy peace of mind knowing most all of their repairs and services are absolutely free.

Our Premium Club Members receive a discount on all repairs. Depending on the complexity of the repair discounts range from 10% to 25%.

Our Economy Club Members receive similar benefits to Premium Club Members, but with less frequent regularly scheduled maintenance.

Routine Maintenance and Safety Inspections

Each spring your Technician will get your AC System ready for Summer by performing the routine maintenance critical to the performance and life of your equipment. Each Fall your Technician performs the routine maintenance and safety inspections of your heating system - checking and testing all safety devices.

All members will receive a password to open a Member's Only page that will soon appear on our website. You will be offered special discounts on equipment, accessories and services not available to the general public.

Family and Friends

If you have a family member or friend who is unable to get service - give us a call. We will move them to the top of our Priority Two list as a courtesy to you, our Club Member.
